Introduction

Our factory is equipped with top-of-the-line highly automatic manufacturing machinery imported from Germany and Japan. We use automatic board cutting machines, double-headed milling and three-shaft planning machines, computer operated edge-banding and post processing machines. There are over 180 staff members working in our phase-1 workshop that covers 8,000 square meters. Our current maximum production capability is 100 forty-foot containers per month based on double shift production. Our phase-2 workshop will be finished by the end of 2005. By then, the total workshop area will be tripled and maximum production capability will reach 300 forty-foot containers.
